Finally the saga that was the Arshavin deal is complete and by the looks of things everyone is happy… even Wenger (I know, I know… its a rarity):

He may be an experienced 27 year old, but he sure as hell looks like a teen so he shouldn’t have any problems fitting in with the rest of the prepubescent’s over at the Emirates. It’ll be good to see him in the mix on the weekend against Pavlyuchenko and co, but it’s highly unlikely that’ll happen given his lack of match fitness recently. All that aside though, my only “real” concern about this deal is that he only speaks Russian and bits of broken English… not French! Oui oui!
