Liverpool came out firing for this match. It was probably to shake off the embarrassing defeat in front of their home fans to Chelsea only days earlier… and what better way to do it than by embarrassing some other poor team instead… unlucky Blackburn. After the match, I’m assuming Rafa’s team talk probably went something like: “Hokay, go en do thees to Chelsea in there Champion League. Gracias… muchachos”
