Just last week the Nike Tiempo Legend V’s made their debut around world leagues and over the weekend they were introduced right here in the UAE’s very own Arabian Gulf League by Al Ahli forward Ismail Al Hammadi.
As beautiful as they looked on center stage though, they didn’t provide the fire power needed for the Red Knight’s to overcome an inspired Al Wasl, who literally kicked Ahli off the park.

These boots are a slick remake of the all-time classic Tiempo with a colourway that at first reminded me of the Nike World Cup 2010 Elite Series – which I wasn’t too fond of to be honest, however something about these says freshhhhh.
Perhaps it’s the silver tongue, a clever addition to spice things up and maybe an early indication of where the swoosh are headed with their boot designs for the World Cup next year? If so, I think we’re in for a special treat and can’t wait to see their lineup for Brazil.
